- We only invoice you once the candidate has successfully completed 30 days in their job
- You then have up to 7 days to pay the flat fee by secure card payment or BACS directly to our bank account
Interview and Placement follow up? - We will give our candidate feedback within 24 hours of any interview they have with you
- We therefore ask you to also commit to giving us feedback on the candidate so that we can in turn offer the candidate feedback within 24 hours of any interview they have with you
- When you employ one of our candidates we will contact you at the end of the first day, then again at the end of the first week and finally in week 3 to check that you and the candidate are happy
How do you begin the recruitment process with us? In order for us to successfully source the right candidate for you we ask you to provide us with a job description, a person specification if available or to discuss the role with us on the telephone so we can fully understand your needs. Once we have this information we will begin our recruitment process and aim to send you our top 5 candidates within 7-14 days at the most. |
